Camilla Eidelshtein, MSW, RSW
As a Social Worker, I seek to include all elements of the person in my practice. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals (teens and adults) facing a myriad of life challenges through a compassionate, person-centred approach. In addition to anxiety and depression, I have a therapeutic focus on the difficulties underlying ADHD and OCD. My journey into social work/therapy was inspired by a personal desire to empower others to overcome obstacles, cultivate resilience, and lead full, meaningful lives by exploring values and strengths.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
Drawing from a range of modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I seek to adjust my interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. Whether you are looking for short-term solutions or deeper self-exploration, my approach is collaborative and empowering. Beyond this, I am a firm believer in the power of a trusting and honest therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change and growth in the long-term.
About Me
I currently reside in Toronto, ON with my husband, almost-two-year-old son, and beagle-bulldog, Lucinda. Outside of sessions, I find joy in spending as much time as possible with my family, going on road trips and seeking out new adventures. I love to cook and thoroughly enjoy trying out new and exciting recipes. I love to travel and have visited (almost) every province in Canada by car.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
A session with me would be focused on understanding a holistic view of yourself, understanding your past history, present issues, and future goals. Each session is focused on the task you want to work on. At the end of each session, we take a look at what we’ve accomplished and lay out the tools that you can implement to move forward until our next session.
Why I Became A Therapist
I became a therapist because I enjoy providing people support through difficult experiences and watching them thrive on their mental health journey.
About Me
I currently reside in Toronto, where my family has been born and bred for four generations. Outside of sessions, my time is dedicated to my family, playing baseball with my kids, volunteering time within community events, and studying Jewish jurisprudence. I love reading biographies of world greats and enjoy exploding history.

Lewis Lau, MA, RP(Q)
Research tells us that the most powerful ingredient in counselling is the therapeutic relationship. That’s why my primary focus in therapy is to create a therapeutic relationship that can be a safe place in clients’ lives where they can process everything they’re going through without judgment. I draw on strategies and perspectives from various treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, trauma-informed lenses) that can be helpful to each situation that clients are presented with. I believe that an adaptive, integrative approach is often most helpful to clients. I also aim to make my sessions practical for clients. It is important to me that clients come out of our sessions with a useful tool that they can immediately apply to their lives.
If you are booking with me for the first time, please email me at lewis.lau@resolvve.ca to set up a phone or video consultation.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
My biggest goal with each session is to ensure that I create an environment that’s safe, supportive, exploratory, and practical. A session might look different from person to person, as everyone might have different concerns or needs that need to be met to help them feel safe and comfortable. The hope is that you can take away skills, insights, and concrete strategies from the session that you can use to navigate the challenges you face in your daily life.
Why Did I Become a Therapist?
I became a therapist simply because I love people and have a passion for seeing them find hope, peace, and joy. I love caring for and leading people toward psychological health and well-being, so it is a privilege for me to do what I do! It is an honour to connect with people daily and to walk with them through some of their most difficult seasons. I’m beyond thankful for what I get to do.
More About Lewis
I love what I get to do as a psychotherapist. In addition to this work, I also have the privilege of working as a teaching assistant at Brock University and as a community coordinator at my local church. I’m thankful that I get to live a life that’s aligned with my values, including faith, relationships, health, leadership and fitness. I hope that the clients I work with also get to a place where the lives they live are aligned with their deepest values; that’s a beautiful place to be.

I help to provide guidance and knowledge so that you can make the decisions that are right for you and your self-growth. Together, we will focus on goals we develop that are important to you, as well as strategies to overcome any challenges you might be facing.
